The platform already asks for your login details on the initial launch. Install the platform, enter your login, password, and select the correct Trive server. You’ll find these details in your welcome email. If needed, reset your password in the Secure Client Area.
In case you want to switch from a demo to a live account, click ‘File’ and then ‘Open an account’. Select Trive from the list and login with new details. Please see the details in the e-mail we sent. Don’t forget to switch servers from demo to live.
